Normally… this is a go to spot but not today. Is Customer Service dead? Despite the premium prices and prepaid postage… the box was absent some tape and the rep actually thought it a service to point out that customer is responsible. I had tape in the car and when he put a single thin strip on to secure… I opted to go get it. Managers would be wise to weigh this in training. The pennies spent on sealing a box vs the profit from a customer. Line flow is also affected at such failed attempts to scorn. I actually went to get my tape but thankfully a sounder-minded colleague said don’t worry… he’ll take care of it. Thank you to that gentleman.

Staff here is so rude and unprofessional. I’ll be driving the 10 extra minutes to go to the much more pleasant UPS in Morton grove and advise everyone to do the same.

Friendly and helpful staff! They were very kind and patient to help guide us how to properly generate labels for a multi-package Amazon return shipment. Highly recommend this location for your shipping needs.

Very bad experience. I went there for notary service and the owner guy with long beard was in the back. I kept waiting for over 10 mins when the other guy at the register said notary service ends in few mins at 5 pm. I was not happy as I was there before 5 pm. Then the bearded guy came out and started yelling at me and said that I should come back tomorrow. What kind of store owner behaves with customers like this? He ended up doing the notary. But bad experience and never going back there. Will also report the incident to UPS corporate and BBB.

I went to this location to ship a total of four boxes as I was relocating cities. Three of the four packages made it to my new home but one has been missing for over a month. I’m still able to “track” the missing package which tells me “label created.” UPS customer service opened an investigation, quickly closed it saying it’s officially missing. The process continues by submitting proper paper work to continue the claim process. It’s been over three weeks since I requested the franchisee of this store submit the paperwork as I do not have access to it and customer service told me key information needed is only accessible by this store/owner. I’ve called and spoken to the owner countless of times and he refuses to help. Almost every time he says “he’s busy with other customers, can’t help and will call me back.” Mind you - I’m a customer too. If you’re shipping valuable and/or cherished items - I strongly suggest NOT shipping from this location. They have not helped nor have reimbursed me for the missing package that still tells me the “label” is created. At this point, I can only assume my package was stolen on-site as it has not left this UPS store location. Owner and staff are untruthful, untrustworthy, and rude.
